We are genetically programmed to look for trees, water, plants, and animals/insects/reptiles to distract us from pain and discomfort. Start looking for them around you.
It’s time to get a prescription for Ecotherapy or Green Therapy or include Park Time in your daily lockdown situation. Exposing yourself to nature to soothe and improve your mood.
