What is the Wim Hof Method
Wim Hof is world famous and he is known as the Iceman. He has created a science based program that includes breathwork, mindset, and cold therapy. He garnered attention from the science community for a variety of feats completed in cold environments such as climbing Mount Everest in shorts, being immersed in ice water for almost 2 hours, and running a half marathon in the arctic barefoot. Through scientific studies he participated in, scientists were able to prove that we have access to our autonomic nervous system and we can fight bacteria and viruses with our breath. Wim is also a barefooter and that’s what drew him to Sue’s attention and initiated her desire to study with him and his senior Instructors to become a Certified Level 2 Wim Hof Method Instructor who teaches all over the world.

You will be asked to adhere to social distancing, wearing masks, and washing/sanitizing your hands regularly. We are committed to sanitizing the venue to meet requirements outlined. Prior to attending we ask that you to compete this Covid19 Self Assessment a day before participating in a workshop.
Each participant will also be required to sign a Liability Release and a Health Form.
