Barefoot Basics Certified Coach Program that gives you the qualification to teach others about the benefits of having a barefoot practice as part of their wellness focus. You'll learn how to present the material for optimum success. Course syllabus will include the science associated with grounding, shoes and the impact on foot function, insights about plantar fasciitis, how the walk barefoot, building foot strength, anti-aging, the foot to brain connection, and tips and details to help someone create a Barefoot Practice that easily integrates into their life,

  1. Escribe tu intenciónpara hacer el Camino y asegúrate de leerlo todos los días antes de salir y mientras caminas. Está bien si cambia.

  2. Practica la virtude de ser un simple peregrino en la vida. Si las cosas se complican, simplícelas o suelte el control. 

  3. Haz de caminar una forma de vida. Camina todos los días antes, durante y después de tu Camino.  

  4. Usa zapatos cómodos(no botas) o andar descalzo. Las sandalias de senderismo son fantásticas. Use calcetines de lana merino o camine descalzo con ellos. 

  5. Empaque ligero y mantenga una mente abierta.Si llevar una mochila es demasiado para ti, utiliza el servicio de mochilas en el Camino.
