You will gain the required skills and knowledge to coach others about how to create a Barefoot Wellness Practice that can be incorporated into their lifestyle.
Your Facilitator is Barefoot Sue who is considered an expert in the industry. She has lived a barefoot lifestyle, studied barefooting for over 14 years, wrote the book How to Wear Bare Feet, taught numerous workshops all over the world, and is an influencer on TikTok with 9.6 M views on one barefoot video.āā


Barefoot Basics Certified Coach Program that gives you the qualification to teach others about the benefits of having a barefoot practice as part of their wellness focus.
You'll learn how to present the material for optimum success. Course syllabus will include the science associated with grounding, shoes and the impact on foot function, insights about plantar fasciitis, how the walk barefoot, building foot strength, anti-aging, the foot to brain connection, and tips and details to help someone create a Barefoot Practice that easily integrates into their life.
