Stepping Stones
Five ways to manifest changes in the New Year.
One of my favourite stories from the Camino involves a tale about
the stones I picked up along the way. A pilgrim I met one day told me story. He said that if I picked up a stone from the path and put my sorrow into it, when I put the stone down I could leave some of my sorrow behind. I did this everyday faithfully. By the end of my journey, to my surprise, I had no sorrow left. By placing my intention into a stone I had created a space where I could manifest change. Try manifesting change in the your life following these five steps.

1.
Decide that you want to go on a journey and then pick up a stone.
2. Define your intention for the journey and put it into the stone.
3. Create rituals with your stone; tag onto something you are already doing.
4. Believe in yourself. If you want to be a pilgrim, then be one.
5. Pause and be thankful.

Have some fun too! May you find peace and love on your life journey.
